DESCRIPTION:On Monday\, May 25\, 2026 the day will begin\, as always\, with a 9:00 a.m. Memorial Service at The Cathedral of the Incarnation. The parade will kick off at 10:00 a.m. Marchers should assemble in the parking lot on the east side of Franklin Avenue and 10th Street. The parade\, which will be bigger than ever\, will proceed down Franklin Avenue and then Seventh Street to the Veterans Memorial across from the GC Hotel\, where immediately thereafter\, William Bradford Turner Post #265 will host its Memorial Day ceremony. Post Commander Frank Tauches will lead the ceremony\, which honors the men and women who have died while serving in the United States military.\n\n\n\nThis year's ceremonies  will focus on the 250th anniversary of the birth of our nation in 1776 and all veterans who served in all branches of the military in times of war and peace. We hope to see a big crowd lining the parade route as we celebrate America's semiquincentennial!
