Activities are being planned for Seventh Street.  There will be balloon artists\, various activities and displays as well as live bands.\n\n   Banners will again be placed along Franklin Avenue and Seventh Street.\n\nAnyone wishing to decorate their own store window with an equestrian theme is encouraged to do so!\n\n\n\n    We will be following NY State Covid guidelines for mask wearing and social distancing.
