Activities are being planned for Seventh Street.  There will be pony rides\, face painters\, various other activities and displays as well as live bands.\n\n   Banners will again be placed along Franklin Avenue and Seventh Street.\n\nAnyone wishing to decorate their own store window with an equestrian theme is encouraged to do so!
