LOCATION:Cars will start assembling at 10:00 am\, Parking Field 9E\, east side of Franklin Avenue between Ninth and Eleventh Street. Enter only at Ninth Street. Parade starts promptly at 1:00 pm by exiting Field 9E at Tenth Street. The cars will travel south on Franklin Avenue to Seventh Street. West to Hilton Avenue\, where the parade will terminate.
